Your company data is used solely to generate your investor materials (pitch decks, documents, data room). We send your answers to AI providers (OpenAI) to generate content. We do not use your data to train AI models. Usage data helps us improve the product.
귀하의 데이터는 행 수준 보안이 적용된 Supabase(EU에서 호스팅)에 저장됩니다. 문서 및 내보내기 파일은 Supabase Storage에 저장됩니다. 임베딩은 Pinecone에 저장됩니다. 회의 오디오 및 녹취록은 녹음 후 90일이 지나면 자동으로 삭제됩니다. 모든 데이터는 전송 중(TLS) 및 저장 시 암호화됩니다.
주최자가 귀하가 예약하는 세션에 대해 녹화를 켜는 경우, 당사는 귀하가 예약하기 전에 동의를 요청하며, 확인 이메일에서도 이를 다시 명시합니다. 주최자가 녹화를 활성화하고 모든 확정된 참석자가 동의하지 않는 한 아무것도 녹화되지 않습니다 — 참석자 중 한 명이라도 동의하지 않으면 녹화기가 전송되지 않습니다.
세션이 녹화되면 당사는 오디오를 저장하고 서면 녹취록을 생성합니다. 녹취록은 주최자를 위한 간략한 요약 및 실행 항목을 생성하기 위해 OpenAI로 전송되며, AI 모델 훈련에는 사용되지 않습니다. 당사는 오디오와 녹취록을 90일 동안 보관하며, 그 이후에는 둘 다 자동으로 삭제됩니다. 요약본은 보관됩니다.
귀하는 예약 이메일의 링크를 사용하여 회의 후를 포함하여 언제든지 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다 — 동의 철회가 예약을 취소하는 것은 아닙니다. 동의를 철회하면 아직 실행 중인 녹화기가 중지되고, 이미 작성된 녹취록을 포함하여 해당 세션의 녹취록이 삭제됩니다.
We use: Supabase (database and auth), OpenAI (AI content generation), Pinecone (vector search), Stripe (payments), Google Tag Manager (consent-gated marketing analytics), and PostHog (product analytics, EU region). Each service processes only the minimum data needed for its function.
We track a deliberately small set of explicit product events so we can see where founders get stuck. The events we capture: session start, sign-up start, sign-up completion, truth drafted, truth approved, composer generated, document downloaded, document shared, upgrade clicked, upgrade completed, message sent, nudge sent, deadline created, admin invite sent, and org tier provisioned.
We do not use session replay, DOM recording, heatmaps, or autocapture (which would record every click). We do not send IP addresses — they are anonymised before events leave your browser. Event data is stored on PostHog’s EU infrastructure. If you reject cookies on the banner, PostHog is never initialised and no product-analytics events are captured. You can export or delete all PostHog data associated with your account by emailing us.
You can export all your data at any time from within the app. You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us. Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data.
We use essential cookies for authentication and, when you accept the cookie banner, minimal cookies from Google Tag Manager (marketing measurement) and PostHog (product analytics). Rejecting the banner keeps every non-essential cookie disabled.
