Before you pay
- We're an incubator — which tier fits?
- Program €499/mo covers most incubators (5 seats, 200 applications/mo, cohort heatmap). Pick Studio when you run multiple parallel programs.
- My investor requires Veln — do I pay?
- No. If an evaluator invites you through the platform, the Free tier is enough to complete the interview. You can upgrade later when you want to turn your answers into your own deck or grant draft.
- Can I change tiers?
- Yes, any time — up or down. Changes take effect in the next billing cycle.
- What about VAT?
- Prices are shown excluding VAT. Norwegian and EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced with reverse-charge VAT.
